Hiring a candidate
eyrecruit has integration with other eyworks software. If your setting also runs eymanage, then you’re able to add the candidate as a staff member from eyrecruit.
In eyrecruit go to the Pipeline tab.
Drag and drop the selected candidate into the Hired stage of the pipeline.
Click on the candidate to bring up their profile.
In the top right, a
icon will have appeared when you moved the candidate into the Hired stage. Click on this to enrol the candidate as a staff member.
A pop-up window will appear that shows all the information that will be transferred into the staff profile. Change any information as necessary.
Select any files already uploaded to the candidate’s profile to bring over to the staff profile.
Select the file's Document Type.
Click the
icon to view a file, and the
icon to remove it. Removed files can be added back using the
icon.
Click Enrol staff.
