4th February 2024 
  1. You will now be able to see the full suite of products we offer in the left menu. The products you do not use will be labelled 'TRY' which when selected will take you to a page to submit an enquiry to learn more. A member of our sales team will then be in touch with you. 
  2. Based on your message delivery settings you will now be able to mark messages received as read/unread as well as the ability to add attachments when replying to messages.
  3. We have added more options when generating your invoices in bulk, you can now generate for specific rooms, tags, payment terms, funded only children as well as the option to add an invoice reference to all invoices generated ie 'March Invoice'
  4. When selecting a parent/carer as a bill payer or with parental responsibility we have added messages to warn what this enabled for them. 
    Parental Responsibility; Child profile forms are sent to all parents/carers with parental responsibility and are able to see all data contained on this form. 
    Bill Payer; All parents/carers marked as a bill payer will be on an invoice when it is sent including their address.

  1. We have now implemented everything you need for the funding changes coming into place from April 2024, September 2024 and September 2025. When creating your summer term and beyond you will be able to set the rates applicable for ages, when allocating funding to children either in bulk or on the child's profile, you will now be able to allocate children between the age of 9 months and two years, also whilst allocating a two year old you will have to select which two year funding they are allocated to. 
    On the bulk funding allocation screen we have added the ability to view and/or add each child's funding codes and these have been updated to capture the funding code applicable to the funding they are getting. These additional funding code fields have also been added to registration and child profile forms therefore please check your settings to mark these as mandatory, optional or hidden.

  1. When adding a staff absence you are now able to do this over a set date period ie over 2 weeks, previously absences had to be inputted one week at a time. 
  2. Added staff URN to the Staff Holiday/Sickness Used/Balance Report.

  1. NEW! GOV.UK job board integration with eyrecruit. Simply connect your account in Global Settings > Recruitment > Job Boards and post your jobs to this job board as well as Jobs by eyrecruit, Indeed, daynurseries and Totaljobs.

  1. We have added the ability to add your own sub-stages to your recruiting pipeline. You can do this by going to Global Settings > Recruitment > Recruiting Pipeline > click the pencil icon against the stage you would like to add a sub-stage to.
