eyrecruit comes with job board integration. Once it's been set up, you can select the external job board while creating a new job on eyrecruit, and it will be posted there when the job is published.
To turn on job board integration:
- In the top right, click on > Global Settings.
- Go to Recruitment.
- Click on the Job Boards Integration tab.
- Click the checkbox under your chosen job board.
This is eyrecruit's own early years job board which you can find by going to this URL: https://jobs.eyrecruit.co.uk/. Any job you create through eyrecruit will be automatically posted here. Indeed provides free and paid options for your account. Using the free option means the job can be posted to Indeed from eyrecruit without any further action on your part. If you want to sponsor a post, you will need to go onto your Indeed account to set the criteria once the job has been posted.
To set up integration with Indeed:
- Enter the email address that you use to login to Indeed.
- Enter the company name as registered with Indeed. You can find this in Employer Settings > Organization > Name. (It is important that this matches exactly otherwise Indeed will create a new company for your job postings.)
- Click 'Connect' to complete the setup.
Once the integration is setup it can take a 2-3 days for your jobs to be posted to Indeed from eyrecruit. Subsequently any new jobs will be posted within 4-6 hours.
daynurseries.co.uk works off a credit system, whereby credits purchased will be deducted upon posting a job. You can post jobs to daynurseries.co.uk via eyrecruit as long as you have enough credits on your daynurseries.co.uk account.
To set up integration with daynurseries.co.uk:
- Contact your daynurseries.co.uk account manager to request an API key for use with third party ATS systems. You may have one or multiple keys depending on your setup with daynurseries.co.uk. If you are unsure of who your daynurseries.co.uk account manager is, please contact the daynurseries.co.uk support team.
- Click the checkbox under daynurseries.co.uk in Recruitment settings.
- Enter the API key into the pop-up box. You can do this at company level or branch level.
- Click Update.
TotalJobs works off a credit system, whereby credits purchased will be deducted upon posting a job. You can post jobs to TotalJobs via eyrecruit as long as you have enough credits on your TotalJobs account.
To set up integration with TotalJobs:
- Contact your TotalJobs account manager to request feed credentials for your account. These will come in the form of a username and password, different from your usual login details, and you may have multiple depending on your setup with TotalJobs. Feed credentials will usually start with '3rdfeed...' or end in '...feed'. If you are unsure of who your Totaljobs account manager is, please contact the Totaljobs support team.
- Click the checkbox under TotalJobs in Recruitment settings.
- Enter the feed credentials into the pop-up box. You can do this at company level or branch level.
- Click Update.
Find a Job by Gov.Uk
‘Find a Job’ is a service offered by the UK government to assist individuals in searching for job opportunities. To post vacancies, you must have an account set up with them. To link your Find a Job account, follow these steps:
To setup integration with Find a Job:
- Log in to your Find a Job employer account.
- Go to Your Account > Your Company, and locate your FTP credentials under Bulk Upload.
- Input the FTP credentials (username and password) provided by Find a Job into eyrecruit.
- Click Connect to finalise the setup.
After the integration is established, it may take 2-3 days for your jobs to appear on Find a Job from eyrecruit. Subsequently, any new jobs will be posted within a day.
