6th July 2023
  1. Small enhancements to the Direct Debit report, Un-invoiced sessions report and the Enquiries and child movements summary report.
  2. User account locking after 5 failed password attempts.

  1. Added the ability to bulk delete sessions on a set date, before/after a set date and between specific dates.
  2. In custom reports, we've added the ability to multi-select branches, and the ability to select branches based on tags.
  3. Small enhancements to the Deposit Movements report.
  4. Staff can now request to cancel a holiday that has already been approved.
    1. Users with notifications enabled for staff absence will be notified of the request, and can then approve/decline the cancellation.
    2. Customise the email templates in Global Settings > HR > Absence > Email Templates.
  5. Minor user experience enhancements to holiday requests in the branch calendar and staff scheduling.

  1. Added custom time slots to occupancy. Under Occupancy > Group by room, we have added a new option in the View by filter called ‘Custom’. You are able to define up to 6 time slots to view your occupancy by. This will breakdown each day against these times with the ability to see available spaces, occupancy % and FTE.
  2. Ability for company admin user roles to adjust the term/funding rate for invoices and local authority. This can be done in System Settings > Terms/Funding > Edit Term.

  1. While cancelling a visit, you can now say if a visit was cancelled by a parent or the nursery.
  2. Added the ability to quickly reschedule a visit, allowing you to enter a new date, time, and any notes.

  1. New eyenquiries workflow rule for resending the registration form.
    1. The email template can be customised within your System/Global Settings > Enquiries > Email Templates.
    2. You can send a reminder to return the registration form from the pipeline by clicking the 'Not returned' label, and then Send Reminder.

  2. Wording changes around the system.

  1. Added tags for jobs and candidates in eyrecruit.
  2. Updated what bulk actions are available on each page.
  3. The user can now copy and move a candidate to another job or talent pool.
