- Added 'Registration form received date' as an option when creating a custom report for enquiries.
- Improved the bookings screen on the parent app to be a list view to allow parents to see their booked sessions easier.

- Deposit invoices! You are now able to create a deposit invoice and send this to the bill payers. You can create a deposit invoice for an enrolled child by going to their profile > Invoices > 'Create +' in the top right corner > Deposit > Deposit Invoice. A deposit product and service will be populated for you. You can either adjust the price here or in your system settings > product/services for this to be picked up on every deposit invoice you generate. Once paid, the payment will be reconciled as a deposit to be refunded or used as fees when the child leaves.
- On the Monthly Debtors report and Aged Debtors report, we have added an additional option to the 'Ageing By' filter being the Invoice created date. This means you can run these reports based on the date the invoice was created. The other options available are;

Invoice due date

- When a child or staff profile form is returned, you now have the ability to download the PDF of that form on the child/staff profile > documents so you have visibility of everything on the profile including the terms and conditions the parents have agreed to at that time (if using system defined terms and conditions).
- Email notifications will now be sent to the staff member and their line manager when an absence cancellation has been requested. You are able to modify this email template by going to Global Settings > HR > Absence > Email Templates.
- On the 'Allergies, Dietary Requirements, Intolerances, Preferences and Medical Notes Report' we have added a checkbox to include future starters. Previously this only displayed children who had started.
