- We have introduced some updates to make Conversations easier to use and more intuitive. Here's what's new;
- Aimey in Conversations. Where you have Aimey enabled in your organisation, you will now see "Ask Aimey" available directly within the message text box. Tap the Ask Aimey buton to get suggestions, improve your replies, or rephrase messages.
- We’ve made improvements to the message input area for better usability, with an updated placeholder text for clarity and new formatting options that makes writing messages more intuitive and interactive. Also, you will now see attachment icon for quick file uploads, emoji icon for easy access to emojis, as well as apply basic formatting directly from the message box.
- Downloadable Conversation Transcripts. You can now download the entire conversation as a readable PDF transcript, and this includes the participant names, message timestamps, and the conversation title. Just click the new "Print Conversation" option from the three-dot menu on the conversation header.
