- When scheduling a staff shift the system will now take into consideration the age of the staff as well as the duration of the shift to automatically populate the break duration. If the total shifts per day is above 4 hours 30 minutes if a staff member is under 18 or above 6 hours if the staff is over 18 then the default break will apply. If the staff is working less than the above the break will be 0. This can be overridden if required. Also, if a staff member is working above these hours but the break duration is changed to 0 there will also be the below warning to the user: 'Attention! According to the age of the staff and length of the shift a break may be required.'
- We have added the option to select 'Created date' in custom reports > Children > Invoice Data.

- On the candidate tracker report and vacancy tracker report we have updated the filters that can be used on each column, added job tags and job categories as well as reorganised the columns into 2 categories on the candidate tracker report.
- Job tags are now visible on the pipeline screen against each job.

iOS practitioner app update version 3.5.0
- This new update upgrades the accident sheets and medicine forms to include digitally drawn signatures! Now the signatures are drawn in rather than typed.
