Reactivating a child's profile on eymanage
Inactive children are hidden on the system, which limits nearly all their system functions. To restore system functionality, you must make the child active again.
- Click on Children in the sidebar.
- Click on Filters in the top left.
- Check the box next to Show Inactive Only.
- Click Apply.
- Click on the child’s name to bring up their profile.
- Check the box next to Active.
- In the pop-up window, click OK.
60 days after a child's profile has been made inactive, all media associated with this child on eylog and eymanage (e.g. photos, audio files, videos, attachments) will be deleted. Making a child active again will cancel the media deletion.
