Making a staff profile inactive

When a staff member leaves the nursery, you’ll probably want to make them inactive on the system. This will hide their profile on the Staff page and all other parts of the system until they are made active again. 

Making a staff member inactive
  1. Click on  Staff in the sidebar.
  2. Click on a staff member’s name to view their profile.
  3. On the Profile tab, uncheck the box next to Active.
  4. Choose a Leave Date and Leave Reason in the pop-up window.
  5. Click Save.
Viewing inactive staff members
  1. Click on  Staff in the sidebar.
  2. Check the box next to Show Only Inactive in the top left.
  3. Click on a staff member’s name to view their profile.
