Making payments

Depending on the type of contract you are on, you’ll receive invoices at the beginning of every month or year. You have several options for making payments.

Monthly customers can pay using BACS, or through direct debit using GoCardless, which allows payments to be taken automatically from the designated bank account every month. 

Annual customers can pay using BACS, or through Stripe by clicking on the associated button on the invoice.

Failure to pay the invoiced amount by the due date may result in a disruption to your service and an additional admin fee. 

How to change your renewal period
  1. You can change from Monthly to Annual invoices at any time. Email accounts@eyworks.co.uk to indicate you want to start paying annually.
  2. You can only change from Annual to Monthly invoices once you've reached the end of the annual renewal period. Email accounts@eyworks.co.uk to indicate you want to start paying monthly.

When purchasing a product for the first time, you're given a 30-day satisfaction period. If, during that period, you decide you're not satisfied with the product, we will offer a full refund.
