Managing practitioner PINs

When practitioners are added to the system, they are automatically given PINs, which you can view on the web version of eylog. PINs are necessary for logging into the practitioner app, and signing practitioners in and out. 

Viewing the PIN

  1. On the web system, click on  Practitioners in the sidebar.
  2. Click on a practitioner to bring up their profile.
  3. Click the Show/Hide PIN button.

Generating a new PIN

  1. On the web system, click on  Practitioners in the sidebar.
  2. Click on a practitioner to bring up their profile.
  3. Click the Reset PIN button.
  4. Click OK in the pop-up.
