Manually adding entitlement

Manually adding entitlement

Though the system can create a number of entitlement years automatically using information filled into the system, it will only do so for the current year, and the four years following (assuming they don’t have a set leave date). Additional entitlement years are automatically added when the staff member reaches the sixth year and beyond, but adding entitlement years can also be done manually.
  1. Go to the  Staff page.
  2. Click on a staff member’s name to be taken to their profile.
  3. Click on the Contract/Entitlement section in the sidebar.
  4. Click on Add Entitlement in the top right.
  5. Choose your Entitlement Year
  6. If you’ve already set up holiday/sickness entitlement, the other settings should be automatically filled in using details from that. Otherwise, fill them in.
  7. Click Save.
