  1. Historical messages are now accessible in Legacy Messages within the Conversations tab. This allows reference to past conversations, ensuring seamless access to all relevant communications.
  1. The bottom navigation screen icons have been updated to include titles. The labels provide clear descriptions of each feature, making it more intuitive to access key functionalities thereby enhancing navigation and overall user experience.

  1. New Daily Diary Note feature within the + icon on the Home screen, allowing you to easily share notes with your childcare provider.
  2. Privacy updates in group conversations to ensure parents' names are displayed as initials, and profile photos have been removed.
  3. Flexible messaging options for your childcare provider to allow you to start a conversation with individuals within the management team or only the entire group.
  4. Within Invoices & Payments, the "Pay Now" button will only appear if your childcare provider has a Payment Gateway connected.

  1. To give more control over parent communication, a new checkbox option will be added to the Nursery Management Team edit screen. This setting to allow parents start a conversation with individuals within the group, enabled per nursery by default, will allow Admin roles to decide whether parents can message individual management team members or only the entire group.

  1. Improvements to the messaging system to make communications clearer and more organised.

    "Campaigns" has been renamed to "Messages" and we have reintroduced the Inbox and Sent tabs. Messages and replies are now grouped together for a more seamless experience.

    A new setting, "Allow Replies to Messages (Parents)," has been added to the Messages Section within Branch/Nursery in System Settings, giving you control and flexibility over two-way communication across different locations. This setting is disabled by default, nurseries must manually enable this option for parents to see a reply feature for messages within the parent app Communication tab.

    This change will only apply to new messages sent after enabling replies, previous one-way messages sent as Campaigns remain unchanged and cannot be replied to.

  1. Invoice Amount Report has been enhanced to include new filters for Invoice Date and Invoice Due Date when running the report, allowing you to refine reports by specific dates instead of only using the month-based view. The filters can be applied independently, with the current month selected by default.

  1. A new "Under 2 Year Funded" checkbox has been added to the child profile, allowing nursery admins and practitioners to indicate if a child is receiving under 2-year funding. This optional field aligns with existing profile details and, when selected, will be saved and reflected in relevant reports and data exports to support funding management and analysis.
  1. Enhancements to Ask Aimey now include a "Make it Friendly" option, allowing nursery staff to receive suggestions in a simple and parent-friendly tone suited for early years communication. Additionally, visual improvements ensure text overlays no longer obstruct visibility, making it easier to review and edit content seamlessly.

  1. A new Custom URL feature has been added within Global Settings > Recruitment > Careers Portal, allowing system admins to generate and manage URLs with predefined settings for easier candidate access to job vacancies. The custom URL will keep the same branding elements such as logos, colours, and styling. Generate, edit, activate/deactivate, and delete URLs as needed, then use the copy icon to easily copy the custom URL. Additionally, a Location dropdown has been added to the careers portal search box, improving job search functionality by allowing candidates to filter vacancies by location.
  1. A new "All" selection option has been added to multi-select filters across Pipeline, Jobs, and Candidates. Select all as available options within filters such as job titles and tags, also with the flexibility to deselect specific options as needed. This helps to streamline filtering, making it faster and more efficient to refine searches without manually selecting each option.
  1. Candidates applying through a custom referral job link will now have their "Referred By" information automatically captured from the URL and visible in the candidates profile. This field is saved and can't be edited when sourced from a referral link, but can also be entered manually when adding a candidate. Additionally, the "Referred By" field has been added to key reports; Candidate Tracker and Recruitment Tracker.
