When a candidate applies, their profile is automatically added to the Applied stage of the pipeline.

You can move a candidate through the pipeline by dragging and dropping their profile to another stage. 

Alternatively, you can move a candidate through the stages via their profile:

1. In the Pipeline tab, click on the candidate’s name to be taken to their full profile. 

2. A replica of the pipeline is shown on the top, along with which stage the candidate is currently assigned to. Click on .

3. From the drop-down menu, click on a stage and the candidate will be moved there.
