  1. NEW Custom repeat option! When scheduling Children or Staff on their profile we have added a new repeat option called 'Custom', to then select for the session/shift to repeat every 1-6 weeks. 
  2. NEW Tasks for Children and Staff! In the top bar select the  icon to create public tasks for children or staff and assign them to yourself and/or users on the system. You can also find these tasks on the child and staff profile. 
  3. We have added the ability to sort the order you want to see the rooms listed on the staff scheduling screen, simply click the  icon in the top right corner to drag and drop the rooms into the order you wish to see them. You can also decide if these should be visible or not and this will reflect in the filter too.

  1. We have updated the new messages for when no candidates or jobs appear in the pipeline, jobs and candidates screen.
  2. Now when creating a new job you will be added as part of the hiring team by default but you can choose who else is part of the hiring team as long as there is at least one person as part of the hiring team, previously all eyrecruit user roles were forced to be apart of the hiring team and could not be removed.
