1. For systems where eymanage is not enabled and both eyenquiries and eylog are enabled, this update will now ensure eyenquiries automatically add enrolled children into eylog. This means you can now add new children directly to eylog and update the profile, while eyenquiries remains focused on managing enquiries only. The ‘Child profile’ button on the enquiry when a child has been enrolled will also now be removed when eymanage system is not enabled.
   

1. The registration form now includes a dropdown field for selecting "Term Time Only" (TTO) or "All Year Round (AYR)" attendance schedules, only one option can be selected at a time. If none is selected, the field remains empty otherwise it follows the option set in Global/System Settings. If completing a registration from an enquiry, the selection made on the enquiries form (TTO or AYR) will automatically prefill in the registration form.
   

Term Time Only/All Year Round options will not be displayed on the child profile form. Changes to attendance schedules can only be made by nursery staff via the child profile. Parents will not have the ability to modify attendance schedules once the registration/enquiry form is submitted. Additionally, reports pulling data from registration records will now include a new "Attendance Schedule" column, indicating whether a child is TTO or AYR.

1. Allocation rules for Products & Services can now be configured based on the following funding types:
   
1. Under Two
   
2. Two Year (Disadvantaged)
   
3. Two Year (Working Parents)
   
4. Three/Four Year
   

When a child's funding type is selected or updated in the system, the appropriate Products & Services will be allocated automatically based on the configured rules. This applies to both flat rates and automated rates, and the rules can be configured in Global Settings and System Settings. Admins can define which products or services are allocated for each funding type.

1. By Children: Income from extra sessions will no longer appear as unassigned. Instead, it will be correctly allocated to the child’s scheduled sessions.
   
2. By Sessions/Products: Income will be accurately assigned to the relevant extra sessions, avoiding incorrect allocation to preferred sessions.

1. Additional language options have now been included in child profile form and registration form to ensure broader accessibility. You can now select both new and existing languages on the registration form and child profile form, and when you select language(s) on the registration form, this feeds through to the child profile on enrolment and can also be updated on the child profile form.
   

1. eyrecruit now has key features like - Pipeline, Talent Pool, Reports and Analytics nested on the left hand menu, and is consistent with the other products in the software suite making it easier and faster to access key features. There is no change in the way the features operate once accessed from the left-hand menu, you can still access and use these features as before without any changes to how they work.
