15th October 2023 
  1. NEW Funding! Terms can now be created for multiple/all nurseries at once in Global Settings > Terms/Funding. 
    When creating a term in System Settings, and clicking 'Save & Allocate' you can choose if all children from the previous term should be automatically allocated to the new term being created or this can be done manually with our new bulk actions. 

    By selecting the children on the left hand side of the bulk allocation screen there are new options to 'Allocate' this allows you to allocate the same funded hours to these children at once, 'Copy' this allows you to copy the funding allocation from a chosen previous term to the new one and 'Delete' for children who already have funding allocated and the funding used is 0. 

    You are now also able to adjust the term dates even if children are allocated but the funding used must be 0. 

  2. Adjust your ratios as of an effective date. This can be done in System Settings > Other Settings > click the pencil icon against the ratio you would like to change > Modify Ratios > enter the new ratio and the effective date.

  1. Added the child's 'Primary Payment Mode' to the main invoice screen. Add this to the Child's Profile > General Details.

  1. Added categories to the Create Job and Edit screen. These categories are predefined.
  2. Within Global Settings > Recruitment > Job Boards, we have added a field where you can enter a description of your company. This will appear on integrated jobs boards where this is available.

  1. NEW Jobs by eyrecruit job board! All jobs published on eyrecruit will automatically be advertised in our new job board.
    Candidate's are able to search job listings by job type, salary range, location, company name and other categories such as ‘Apprentice’ or ‘Early Years Practitioner’. Check it out here - https://jobs.eyrecruit.co.uk/

  1. NEW Workflow Automation rules! These can be setup within Global Settings > Recruitment. Create these rules to setup actions like adding a task or sending an email based on multiple triggers such as moving a candidate to a stage, assigning a candidate to a substage, rejecting a candidate and scheduling an interview or marking it as attended/cancelled.

The parent app, practitioner app, and website have been updated to include a new sun cream section which has been added to the daily diary feature! Nurseries and parents will need to update their apps to the below versions to see this new feature. 
  1. Android parent app update released - version 3.3.0.
  2. Android practitioner app update released - version 3.5.0.

  3. iOS parent app update released - version 3.2.0.
  4. iOS practitioner app update released - version 3.2.0.
