Ordering eymemories as a manager
eymemories is a digital or physical book which compiles the observations in a child's learning journey in an appealing, easy-to-read way, and provides a keepsake of the child's time at the nursery. eymemories can be ordered for parents by managers using eylog (as this article demonstrates), or by parents directly using the eyparent app.
- Hover over your profile picture in the top right to bring up a drop-down menu.
- Click on
eylog Memories and you'll be taken to the order form for eymemories.
- Select the child you want to order for from the left box. This will move the child's name to the selected box on the right. To remove a child from the selected box, click on their name again.
- You have the option to search by clicking on the
icon and typing their name into the field that appears.
- If you wish to select all children, click on the
icon above the left box. To remove all children, click on the
icon above the right box.
- Click on the menu next to Select Offline LJ Option and select either Download Link of Learning Journey to order digital book, or Learning Journey Printed Book to order a physical book.
- If you want to provide additional information about the order, type them into the Notes section.
- Ensure you read the disclaimer, and tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click the Confirm Order button.
- You will receive an email containing an invoice for the order.
