Ordering eymemories as a manager
eymemories is a digital book which compiles the observations in a child's learning journey in an appealing, easy-to-read way, which gives a keepsake of the child's time at the nursery. eymemories can be ordered for parents by managers using eylog (as this article demonstrates), or by parents directly using the eyparent app.
While in the past we gave the option to order a physical copy of eymemories, currently we only provide eymemories in a digital format.
- Hover over your profile picture in the top right to bring up a drop-down menu.
- Click on
eylog Memories and you'll be taken to the order form for eymemories.
- Select the child you want to order for from the left box. This will move the child's name to the selected box on the right. To remove a child from the selected box, click on their name again.
- You have the option to search by clicking on the
icon and typing their name into the field that appears.
- If you wish to select all children, click on the
icon above the left box. To remove all children, click on the
icon above the right box.
- Click on the menu next to Select Offline LJ Option and select Download Link of Learning Journey.
- If you want to provide additional information about the order, type them into the Notes section.
- Ensure you read the disclaimer, and tick the box to agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click the Confirm Order button.
- You will receive an email containing an invoice for the order. Once we receive payment, an email will be sent containing the download link.
