Paying invoices through the parent portal/app

If your child's nursery is integrated with a payment gateway, then as a parent you are able to pay their invoices through the parent portal or app as long as you have an account with the payment gateway in question. The three payment gateways eymanage supports are Stripe, Opayo and Worldpay

This feature is not available if your child's setting hasn't connected their account to any of these payment gateways. 

Paying invoices through the eyparent app
  1. In the top right, click on   >   Invoices/Payments.
  2. You’ll see a summary of all your invoices and payments.
  3. Tap Pay in the top right.
  4. To pay a lump sum, go to the Amount tab:
    1. Enter the amount you want to pay/deposit into the Amount and Deposit fields.
    2. Tap Proceed.
  5. To pay only to specific invoices, go to the Invoices tab:
    1. Check the boxes next to the invoices to select them.
    2. Tap Proceed.
  6. You'll be taken to a payment gateway where you can make your payment. 
Paying invoices through the web portal
  1. Click on  Invoices/payments in the sidebar.
  2. You’ll see a summary of all your invoices and payments.
  3. Click Pay Now in the top right.
  4. To pay a lump sum, go to the Amount tab:
    1. Enter the amount you want to pay/deposit into the Amount and Deposit fields.
    2. Click Proceed.
  5. To pay only to specific invoices, go to the Invoices tab:
    1. Check the boxes next to the invoices to select them.
    2. Tap Proceed.
  6. You'll be taken to a payment gateway where you can make your payment.
