Payment gateway settings for eymanage and eyenquiries invoices
If you have payment gateways enabled, then there will be a Pay Now button on invoices sent to parents, which they can use to pay the invoice using your chosen payment gateway. By default, the Pay Now button appears for both the parents of enrolled children, and for enquiries. However, if you have different payment methods for enrolled and enquiring children, you can remove the option for them to pay via payment gateway in System Settings.
- In the top right, click on > System Settings.
- Click on Payment Gateways in the sidebar.
- Click on in the top right.
- This will bring up a pop-up with a list of options.
- By default, the All invoices option is selected, which means that the Pay Now button is displayed on all invoices.
- Selecting eyenquiries invoices only will make it so the Pay Now button will only be displayed for invoices sent to enquiries.
- Selecting Child invoices only will make it so the Pay Now button will only be displayed for invoices sent to parents of enrolled children.
- Once you've made your selection, click Save.
