In eyrecruit, go to the Pipeline or the Candidates tab and click on the candidate.
Click on the icon in the top right.
Click on the drop-down menu in the pop-up window and select a Reason for disqualifying.
Click Disqualify.
Sending a disqualification email
To notify a candidate about their disqualification, you can set up a workflow rule that will automatically send an email whenever you disqualify a candidate.
You can choose to blacklist a candidate when you disqualify them by checking Blacklist Candidate then clicking Disqualify. Find out more about blacklisting candidates.
Rejected candidates can be seen by clicking the Disqualified tab in the top left of the Pipeline and Candidates pages.
