  1. Automated Birthday Email Messages. Celebrate special occasions with automated happy birthday emails for both children and employees. Configure dedicated Happy Birthday email templates within Email Templates & Letters > Children / Employee, including customised subjects, content, images, and attachments. Birthday messages are automatically sent on the recipient’s date of birth to parents or guardians with parental responsibility for children, and directly to employees via their primary email address. The feature supports nursery-specific or global templates, respects communication preferences and branch settings.
