  1. Display the “RSVP By” deadline on Event cards where an RSVP deadline has been set, so members are clearly informed of the deadline before it expires. This complements the existing behaviour where responses are disabled once the RSVP deadline has passed.
  1. Pay by Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, TFC and sign up to a Direct Debit mandate all through your eyparent app. eypay must be enabled for the changes to appear in the eyparent app.

  1. NEW eypay product is released!
  1. eypay payments enables your setting to accept all major methods of payment (TFC, cards, pay by bank and Direct Debit) within a unified payment platform that is fully built-in eyworks. You can view and manage your vendor/merchant accounts within eypay.
  1. eypay bank feeds enables you to connect to your nursery bank account/s and automatically feed your bank transactions into eymanage. Our auto-matching routine will match your bank transactions to invoices where possible. This makes your reconciliation process faster and easier than ever.
  1. We have made improvements to the user experience in our reconcile screen and in the advanced search pop up. User actions are more prominently displayed and are more intuitive. Multiple children can be selected in advanced search instead of having to select a single child at a time, allowing for payments to be reconciled faster than ever.

  1. The Limited Access functionality has been expanded to further protect privacy across financial documents. Parents marked with Limited Access will no longer be able to view the name or address details of other parents or bill payers on invoice previews, invoice PDFs, invoice statements, and transaction statements. To maintain privacy, restricted parent details are now obfuscated using asterisks (*). This behaviour also applies to split invoices and debtor letters where applicable, while still ensuring parents retain full access to all child-related information and records.
  1. The Limited Access functionality has been enhanced to further support privacy. Parents marked with Limited Access will no longer receive 'Child Profile Forms', even if they have parental responsibility enabled and the child's address details shown within the eyparent app will now be obfuscated for those parents. Additional updates have also been made to profile form messaging and sent status indicators, providing clearer visibility when forms are not shared due to Limited Access restrictions, while continuing to maintain full access to child-related learning journeys and records where appropriate.
  1. Parent online booking has been enhanced to more accurately reflect room availability for children scheduled to move rooms automatically. When Instant Bookings are enabled, the system will now check the child’s future room allocation when displaying availability for future dates. This means bookings made before a scheduled room move will use the child’s current room availability, while bookings for after the move date will show availability in the new room, helping nurseries avoid overbooking and reducing manual follow-up with parents.
  1. Custom reports now include a “Select All” option within each sub-category section, making it quicker and easier to build reports. Users can now select or deselect all fields in a section with a single click, while still retaining the flexibility to individually adjust selected fields as needed.
