  1. The “Apply Discount” option is now always visible when creating or editing Flat Rate products and services and no longer dependent on the Auto Allocate setting. This makes it easier to manage discounts consistently across all flat rate setups, with the same logic and default behaviour remaining unchanged.
  2. Flat Rates product/service now support multiple age group-based rates, giving more flexibility when setting prices and costs. The age group columns are now shown for Flat Rates (e.g., Age Group 1, Age Group 2…) with each age group showing two input fields: Price and Cost, and the pricing logic automatically selects the correct rate based on the child’s age as of the invoice date. This update brings flat rate pricing in line with automated rate logic.
  3. Product allocation is now more flexible with support for combined allocation rules. Children can now be selected as an allocation rule option alongside Rooms, Tags, Cohorts, and Funding Types in allocation rules. This allows more precise product allocations for example, allocating a product to a room or tag while including or excluding specific children.

  1. eymemories is now available directly from the parent web portal, giving families an easier way to view and order keepsakes of their child’s learning journey. Access and order your eymemories products conveniently from the web portal using the same secure email and date of birth verification. All eymemories products have a refreshed layout with detailed FAQs:

    • My Early Years Story (HTML File): A downloadable digital version of your child’s full learning journey, including observations, images, videos, daily diaries, and reports.

    • My Adventure Book (Printed Book): A printed hardcover or softcover version of your child’s story.

    • My Little Greeting (Greeting Card): Personalised cards featuring your child’s photo.

    • My Memory Mug (Photo Mug): A keepsake mug with your chosen image.
