- New 'Own Meal' option in Daily Diary. A new Own Meal checkbox has been added in the What I Ate Today section of the Daily Diary on the individual child screen and also on the group observations screen on the web, allowing practitioners to quickly record when a child brings their own packed lunch. Selecting own meal checkbox on the individual Daily Diary section replaces all menu items for that child with “Own Meal” with the flexibility to still be able to edit the menu items texts if required, and similarly on the group observation screen, own meal radio button can be selected for each child. This still applies only to the selected child and day and you can still select the options for each meal, supporting accurate meal tracking and improves communication with parents.
- Clone menu group as duplicate of existing menu groups for faster menu planning. In Food Menu within system settings where you have existing menu groups, use the 'Clone Menu Group' button next to any existing menu group to create a copy of the menu group (name). A copy of the menu group is created with the same applicable weekly menu, add new From/To dates as you would have set for a new menu group and update the name if needed. You can then adjust the weekly menu sequence or apply automatic sequence.

- Invoice Settings for Term Time Only and Stretched options. To ensure funding is calculated correctly based on a child's attendance type, we’ve introduced separate funding calculation factors for Term Time Only and Stretched children. The two factor types are now clearly available for configuration under Invoice & Child Invoice Settings. The system will now automatically apply the correct calculation factor based on whether a child is on Term Time Only or Stretched Funding. When a child's attendance type is changed with an effective date, the funding calculation will switch to the correct factor from that date onward. Additionally, invoice settings report has also been updated to show the child’s attendance type (Term Time or Stretched) and the corresponding calculation factors are displayed.
- Employees can now see declined holiday requests in view-only mode on both the employee app and web login. Declined requests remain excluded from all entitlement calculations, approvals, and reports with no impact on existing logic. This update ensures staff have full visibility into their holiday submissions while keeping calculations accurate and unchanged.
- View images in more detail on newsfeed, pinch to zoom on photos shared in newsfeed posts and polls. Enjoy a smoother viewing experience with fluid gestures, allowing you to zoom in for a closer look and double-tap to reset when done.
- Shift notes added by manager for employees will now appear directly in the Shift daily card on the employee app, allowing employees to easily see any important updates or instructions associated with their shift.
