  1. The eypay payment group setup flow has been simplified to make payment availability clearer and ensure that live payment groups remain live. Payment groups will now be made live automatically once onboarding is completed, once setup is complete, you’ll see a summary of your payment group and selected payment methods.
  1. Payment method statuses and available actions are also clearer, making it easier to see whether a payment method is disabled, has a setup issue, is pending, or is available for parents to use. TFC integrations are automatically activated for individual branches where available when TFC is enabled, with errors highlighted to quickly identify nurseries that require attention.

  1. Notification preferences in the parent app and web portal can now be customised by notification type and delivery method. Choose to receive push notifications, email notifications, both or neither, with push and email settings managed independently. Preferences can be configured across financials, updates and communication, wellbeing, reports and resources, as well as new Pending Actions and eymemories notifications, including offers and promo codes. This provides greater control over the information you receive and how you receive it.
  1. A new Pending Actions tile on the home screen makes it easier to see reports, accident/incident sheets and medicine forms that are waiting for review. The most recent pending items are shown directly on the parent app and web portal home screen, with View All providing access to the full list through the timeline. Pending Actions filter within the timeline filters also makes it easier to find all outstanding forms in one place, helping to keep important actions up to date and reducing the need for follow-up from childcare providers. Notification reminders are also sent weekly for pending actions that have remained outstanding for more than 24 hours, with the notification linking directly to the filtered Pending Actions timeline view.

  1. The revised Birth to 5 Matters framework is now available. This updated version builds on the original framework while introducing new guidance reflecting the changing early years landscape. The revised framework has been added to your system but is disabled by default. When you are ready to adopt the updated framework, users with the appropriate permissions can enable it through System Settings > Frameworks. Your existing Birth to 5 Matters framework and associated data remain unchanged, so you can continue using the current version until you are ready to move to the revised framework.
