Scheduling absences for children
- Go to the
Children page. - Click on the name of the child to be taken to their profile.
- Click on Child Scheduling on the left.
- Click in the all-day section for the day the child is absent.
- In the pop-up, select whether the absence is caused by Sickness, a Holiday, or anything else (Absent).
- Add any Notes about the absence, if necessary.
- Check the box next to Change chargeable rate/Exclude from invoice if you don’t want the parent to be charged the same as they would for an attended session. Checking this option will bring up two fields: Session% and Product%. Type in what percentage of the original rates the parent will be charged for this absence.
- Check the box next to Funding Applicable if you want any changes in chargeable rate to apply to Funded Hours.
- Click Save.
