Sending bulk emails

Sometimes, you need to send the same sort of email to multiple people, and doing it individually is too time-consuming. Fortunately, eyenquiries allows you to send emails in bulk.
  1. Go to the  Messages tab for the branch you're looking at. 
  2. Click on the Enquiries tab in the top right to see all the messages sent to and from enquiries.
  3. Click on the  button in the top right to create an email.
  4. Next to the To field, click Select Multiple Recipients.
  5. Use the fields to filter out who you want to receive the email.
  6. Check the box next to the recipients you want.
  7. Click Close.
  8. Alternatively, type the names of all the enquiries into the To field and select them from the drop-down menu.
  9. Select the Email Template you want to send out to all the enquiries, or write a new email.
  10. Click Send.
