Sending messages as a parent

Messages work both ways. Nurseries can send parents messages, and parents can send messages to nurseries. 

Sending a message through the eyparent app (Android)
  1. Tap the  icon in the bottom right of the eyparent app.
  2. Tap the  Messages icon.
  3. If your nursery sends communications through messages, you will be taken to your Inbox.
  4. Tap Compose in the top right.
  5. Type in the Subject of this message.
  6. Type the body of the message in the text box.
  7. Tap Send.
Sending a message through the eyparent app (IOS)
  1. Tap the  icon in the bottom right of the eyparent app.
  2. Tap the  Messages icon.
  3. If your nursery sends communications through messages, you will be taken to your Inbox.
  4. Tap the  icon in the top right.
  5. Type in the Subject of this message.
  6. Type the body of the message in the text box.
  7. Tap the  icon to send the message.
Sending a message through the web portal
  1. Click on  Messages in the sidebar.
  2. If your nursery sends communications through messages, you will be taken to your Inbox.
  3. Click on Compose in the top right.
  4. Type in the Subject of this message.
  5. Type the body of the message in the text box.
  6. Click Send.
