Sending messages as a parent
Messages work both ways. Nurseries can send parents messages, and parents can send messages to nurseries.
Sending a message through the eyparent app (Android)
- Tap the icon in the bottom right of the eyparent app.
- Tap the Messages icon.
- If your nursery sends communications through messages, you will be taken to your Inbox.
- Tap Compose in the top right.
- Type in the Subject of this message.
- Type the body of the message in the text box.
- Tap Send.
Sending a message through the web portal
- Click on Messages in the sidebar.
- If your nursery sends communications through messages, you will be taken to your Inbox.
- Click on Compose in the top right.
- Type in the Subject of this message.
- Type the body of the message in the text box.
- Click Send.
