Sending messages on eylog

Nursery managers can send messages to parents through eylog. The messages will be delivered to both to the eyparent app and the parent's external email.
  1. Click on  Messages in the side bar.
  2. Click on Compose Message.
  3. Under Select Recipients, you'll see a list of children sorted by room. To message a parent, click on their child's name to transfer them to the Selected Recipients section. You may select multiple children.
  4. Type in the message's Subject line.
  5. Click on Attach Files to upload files to this message.
  6. Type your message into the text box.
  7. Choose whether to set the Importance as Normal or High. A High importance will flag the message so the parent knows to read and respond quickly.
  8. Click Preview to see how the message will look when the parent receives it.
  9. Click Save to save a draft of this message and continue editing, or Save & Close to save a draft of this message then return to the Messages screen.
  10. Click Send when you're done.
