Setting up your parent account
Your nursery can decide whether to create a parent login for you. If they do, you should receive an activation email once your child has been added to the system.
- Click on the Activate Now! in the email you receive.
- Enter your email address into the field that appears.
- Click Next.
- A verification code will be sent to your email address. Insert it into the Enter Verification Code field.
- Click on the Enter DOB field to select your child’s Date of Birth from the calendar.
- Click Next.
- Choose a strong password and type it into New Password and Repeat Password fields.
- Click Next.
- Your account will be activated.
Downloading the eyparent app
- Go to either Google Play or the App Store depending on your device.
- Type "eyparent" into the search bar.
- Tap Install.
- Once installed, open the app.
- Type in your Email and Password to log in.
