Setting up your parent account

Your nursery can decide whether to create a parent login for you. If they do, you should receive an activation email once your child has been added to the system.
  1. Click on the Activate Now! in the email you receive.
  2. Enter your email address into the field that appears.
  3. Click Next.
  4. A verification code will be sent to your email address. Insert it into the Enter Verification Code field.
  5. Click on the Enter DOB field to select your child’s Date of Birth from the calendar.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Choose a strong password and type it into New Password and Repeat Password fields.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Your account will be activated.
Logging into the parent web portal
  1. Go to https://www.eyworks.co.uk/.
  2. Click on Parent Portal in the top right.
  3. Type in your Email and Password to log in.
Downloading the eyparent app
  1. Go to either Google Play or the App Store depending on your device.
  2. Type "eyparent" into the search bar.
  3. Tap Install.
  4. Once installed, open the app.
  5. Type in your Email and Password to log in.
