The Sticky Labels Report generates a set of labels for children and employees that can be downloaded as a PDF, printed, and stuck around the nursery. The labels will appear differently depending on how you set up the report. You can print out just the names, or include their photos, or even add a QR code to help parents sign their children in and out of the nursery through the parent app.

When you select this report type from the list of standard reports, you'll be taken to a screen that allows you to filter who you'd like the labels to be for. The Report For field lets you select between creating labels for Children or Employees, since you cannot do both and once. The Select Children/Employees field lets you select the subjects according to the Branch, Room and Tags you've filtered by.

Using the Select No. of Copies field, you can ensure multiple copies of each label are shown on the pages to make it easier to print a lot of them out.

Finally, at the bottom, you'll see options for customising how the labels themselves appear. Include Photo will add the photo on the employee/child profile next to the name. Include QR Code will generate a code that can be scanned through the parent app in order to sign in a child. If you're creating labels for children, you'll be able to add the name of their Key Person, whereas if you're creating labels for employees, you'll have the option to include their Job Title/Position. By default, last names for children and employees are abbreviated on the report, but checking Show full last name will allow you to display the full name,
