The Analytics screen of eyenquiries provides summaries of enquiries data. This article will go through each of the widgets and their functions one by one.
Filters
At the top of the screen, you can filter the data based on single, multiple or all nurseries (if you have access to more than one), preselect the nurseries using nursery tags, and date range. Click on the fields to edit them. While editing the filter for date range, you can either choose from a variety of pre-made ranges along the left, or click on two dates in the calendar.
Click View to apply changes.
1. Enquiry IN: Number of enquiries received within the selected time period. This breaks down into New and Followed Up enquiries, with New referring to the number of un-actioned enquiries, and Followed Up the number of enquiries moved out of the initial Enquiry IN stage since the enquiry was received.
Visits: Number of visits that occur within the selected time period. This number does not include visits booked to take place outside of the current time period. Breaks down further into visits Attended and No show/Cancelled.
Registration Form: Number of registration forms sent out within the selected time period. Breaks down into registration forms Received back from parents, and the number of forms that are still Outstanding.
Enquiry Outcome: Number of enquiries concluded within the selected date period, including number of enquiries Enrolled and Lost.
2. Enquiry IN By
These pie charts provide a percentage breakdown of answers to particular fields in the enquiry profile. These fields are Contacted Via, Reason, Source, Special Offer, and Tags. Hover over the pie slices for more information.
3. Enquiry IN Trends
This plots the trend of every time enquiries come in within the selected date period on a line chart, to give an idea when your nursery receives the highest volume of enquiries. You can view this graph by hour of day, day of the week, weeks in the date period, and months in the date period, as well as within the date period specified on this widgets filter.
4. Conversions
This is a bar chart that shows the percentage of enquiries that converted from Enquiry IN to Visit, Enquiry IN to Enrolled and Visit to Enrolled.
5. Enquiry Funnel
A funnel that illustrates how many enquiries progress through each the stage of the pipeline, starting from the Enquiry IN stage. This funnel only shows enquiries who have entered the pipeline within the date period selected.
6. Average Time In Each Stage
A bar chart showing the average time enquiries have spent in each stage of the pipeline.
7. Enquiry IN By
A breakdown of the Enquiry IN by widget's data, by nursery which can be shown by Source, Reason, Contacted Via, Special Offer, and Tags.
8. Live Pipeline Count Per Nursery
This table shows the number of enquiries in each stage of the pipeline, by nursery.
9. Conversion Rate By
Break down of conversion rates for enrolment by nursery, sorted according to one of the following fields on the enquiry profile: Source, Reason, Contacted Via, Special Offer, and Tags.
Downloading data
Clicking the icon in the top right of any widget will bring up the raw dataset for that widget. Click on Export to CSV to download the data as a spreadsheet.
