The communication tab on the employee profile
The Communication tab of an employee’s profile keeps a record of all messages sent to this employee. Use the buttons in the top left to sort between Sent (as in sent by a user on the system) and Received (as in received by the employee in question) messages.
Viewing a message
- Click on
Employee in the sidebar. - Click on an employee’s name to bring up their profile.
- Click on the Communication tab.
- Click on a message from the list to view it. Attachments are shown at the bottom of the page.
