The eyrecruit analytics screen



The Analytics tab on eyrecruit provides summary of recruitment data. This article will go through each of the widgets and their functions one by one. 

Filters
At the top of the screen, you can filter the data based on Nursery, Job Tags, Job Categories, Job Title, and Date Range. The filters have 'All' selected by default. You can alter these selections by clicking on the relevant menus. You can use the search bar in the drop down menus to find the filter quicker. For nurseries, you can also Filter By Tags to select just the settings with the correct tags.

When you click on the Date Range filter, you can choose from one of the pre-made ranges along the left, or click on two dates in the calendar. 

Click View to apply changes. 

1. 
Jobs Published: The number of jobs published within the selected time period. These jobs are then sorted into those that are still Live, and those that have since been Unpublished/Archived.

Candidates Applied: The number of candidates who applied to one of your jobs during the selected time period. This is broken down into the candidates that are currently Active and those who were then Disqualified

Interview Scheduled: The number of interviews that have a scheduled date within the selected time period. This is broken down into the number of these interviews that were then Attended, and those that were Cancelled.

Hired: The number of candidates hired within the selected time period. The Avg. Time to Hire displays the average time in days that the hired candidates spent in the pipeline from their application up until being hired.

2. Candidates By
These pie charts provide a percentage breakdown of additional qualities assigned to candidates during the selected time period. These details are the Source of the application, the candidate's Tags, the answers to the Where did you hear about us field on the candidate profile, and the candidates' eventual Outcome in terms of hiring and disqualification. Hover over the pie slices for more information.

3. Candidate Application Trends
This plots the trend of candidate application times within the selected date period, on a line chart, to give you an idea of when you receive the highest volume of applications. You can view this graph by hour of day, day of the week, weeks in the date period, and months in the date period, as well as within the date period specified on this widgets filter. 

4. Conversions
This is a bar chart that shows the percentage of candidates that were converted from Applied to Interview, Applied to Hired, and Interviewed to Hired within the selected time period.

5. Recruitment Funnel
A funnel that illustrates how many candidates progress through each stage of the pipeline, starting from the Applied stage. This funnel only shows candidates who have entered the pipeline within the date period selected.

6. Average Time In Each Stage
A bar chart showing the average time candidates have spent in each stage of the pipeline.

7. Candidate By
The data for the Candidate By widget's pie charts presented in table form, and sorted by location. Use the menu in the top right to switch between displaying Source, Tags, Heard about and Disqualified.

8. Live Pipeline Count Per Location
This table shows the number of candidates currently in each stage of the pipeline, by location.

9. Conversion Rate By
This table shows the conversion rate of candidates for each nursery, according to their Source, Tags, and where they heard about the you. Use the menu in the top right to switch between categories. 

Downloading data
Clicking the  icon in the top right of any widget will bring up the raw dataset for that widget. Click on Export to CSV to download the data as a spreadsheet.
