The typical pipeline view is simply labelled “pipeline” in the system. This is the page you land on by default when clicking on the Pipeline tab. However, there are two other ways to view the information in your pipeline.
Go to eyrecruit > Pipeline.
Click on the button called Pipeline in the top right.
Choose your alternate view from the drop-down menu.
List
The List view displays enquiry information in a table format.
From left to right, this view shows what Branch the enquiry is for, Child Name, Child Age (current age based on DOB), Parent Name, Date/Time Enquiry Made, Preferred Sessions & Time, and which Stage the enquiry is at.
The columns named Branch, Child Name and Date/Time Enquiry Made have arrows next to them. Clicking on them allows you to sort the data alphabetically or by date/time, depending on the type of data.
Next to each enquiry on the right are a row of icons that each trigger specific actions. From left to right, these are: Enrol Child, Message, Edit, Send Registration Form, and Delete.
