Transferring an enquiry to another branch

If you feel an enquiry is better suited for a different nursery branch, you can transfer them.
  1. Go to eyenquiries > Pipeline.
  2. Click on a child’s name to bring up their enquiry profile.
  3. Click on the  icon next to the child’s name.
  4. Select a nursery branch from the drop-down menu.
  5. Fill in the additional fields relevant for the new nursery.
  6. Click Save.
