If a staff member has entitlement days remaining at the end of the year, you have the option of transferring the remaining entitlement to the new year.
  1. Go to the  Staff page.
  2. Click on a staff member’s name to be taken to their profile.
  3. Click on the Contract/Entitlement section in the sidebar.
  4. Click on the  icon next to the entitlement you’d like to transfer.
  5. In the pop-up window, for Transfer Type, select whether you want to transfer over the Sickness Entitlement or the Holiday Entitlement.
  6. Under Transfer To, select which year you’d like to transfer the entitlement over to.
  7. Under Entitlement, enter the amount of entitlement you’d like to transfer over.
  8. Click Transfer Entitlement.
