Updating an enquiry's profile

An enquiry profile is where information about an enquiry is stored on the system. Some of the fields are automatically filled in when an enquiry is created, using information from the enquiry form. Fields can also be filled in or edited after an enquiry is created.
  1. Go to eyenquiries > Pipeline.
  2. Click on a child’s name to bring up their enquiry profile.
  3. Click on a field to edit it.
  4. Fill out the Child Information, Parent Information, and Enquiry Information sections.
  5. Click Save.
You can easily return to the pipeline from a profile by clicking Cancel (but make sure you’ve saved first!).

Enquiry Information
While the Child Information and Parent Information sections are fairly straightforward. Enquiry Information has a few fields that may require a bit more explanation.

Booking Type: Choose this child's booking pattern. Permanent for regular, long-term session bookings. Shift for bookings that don't have a regular pattern, where a child may only be in for certain hours, days, or weeks. Emergency Booking for children who are only booked in for sessions if there's an emergency.

Preferred Session: Select the preferred session for this child. Once you've selected one, you can also choose this child's preferred days. The Requested hours (Weekly) and Expected FTE (Weekly) fields will use this information to calculate hours per week, and FTE per week for this child.

Attendance Schedule: Select whether this child would be able to book sessions Term Time Only, or All Year Round. Whichever you choose will feed into the child's profile on eymanage when they're enrolled.
