Updating funding allocation

You can check how funding hours have been allocated in the Funding section of a child’s profile, and even make changes where necessary.
  1. Click on  Children in the sidebar.
  2. Click on the name of the child to be taken to their profile.
  3. Click on the Funding tab on the left.
  4. Click on the  icon next to the term you want to see the funding allocation for.
  5. You will see a table displaying how much funding entitlement has been used per week, what kind, when, and which invoices they’re linked to. At the top are the total hours/term of funding Entitlement, and how many have been used in total.
  6. Click on any of the entitlement fields to edit them. The number of hours you can enter for each week are limited by your funding settings.
  7. Click Update Funding to save your changes.
