Uploading resources/documents

When resources and documents are uploaded to the web version of eylog, they are automatically shared with parents whose children belong to the relevant groups. Resources/documents uploaded this way can then be attached to planning sheets.

Uploading a document
  1. In the sidebar, click on Tools > Resources/Documents.
  2. Fill out the fields along the top. What you select in the Group/Room field determines who is able to access this document.
  3. Tap the Type field and select Attachment
  4. Click Choose File.
  5. Upload your document. 
  6. Click Save.
Uploading an online resource
  1. In the sidebar, click on Tools > Resources/Documents.
  2. Fill out the fields along the top. What you select in the Group/Room field determines who is able to access this resource.
  3. Click on the Type field and select Link/URL
  4. Paste the link into the URL field. Make sure it is a complete URL, starting http:// or https://.
  5. Click Save.
Fields with  can be expanded by dragging them.
