Using auto-reconciliation

Using auto-reconciliation

For eypay customers, we provide an additional option for reconciling payments. Once you get Bank Feeds set up, you'll be able to turn on Auto-Reconcile, which automatically reconciles any  Tax-Free Childcare payments made through the eyparent app.
  1. Go to Global Settings > Manage Bank Feeds and click on the bank account name to open the manage bank account screen.
  2. Click on the Auto-Reconcile toggle.
  3. Click Update.
With this option enabled, from now on, every time you syncTax-Free Childcare payments, they will be automatically reconciled so long as the system finds an exact match. If an exact match cannot be found, we will continue to provide you with suggested matches and advanced search features as normal.

Because this feature is capable of functioning without any input from the user, we let you see a list of what payments have been reconcile this way. All you need to do is click View All Reconciled next to the auto-reconcile button.
