Using the history log

Using the history log

The history log is a record of all the activity associated with a particular enquiry, including copies of emails sent to and from the candidate. You can see it on the enquiry’s profile:
  1. Go to eyenquiries > Pipeline.
  2. Click on a child’s name to open up their enquiry profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom to see the history log.
You can use filters to make it so the history log only displays certain activity types.

Using filters with the history log
  1. Click on Filters to the top right of the history log.
  2. Check which activity types you want to see: Email, Phone, or Task.
  3. Click Save.
