Using the newsfeed on the eyparent app
The Newsfeed screen on the eyparent app lets you keep up-to-date with events and announcements across the whole nursery. If your childcare setting uses eyengage as part of their software package, parents can access this screen by clicking on the 
icon.
Parents cannot create posts, but you can like and comment on the nursery's posts, and participate in polls.
Liking a post
If likes and comments are not disabled, you can like a post by clicking on the 
button.
Adding a comment
If likes and comments are not disabled, the number of comments that have been added to a post will be displayed in the bottom right. Tap on the comment number to view them. To add your own, type whatever you want to say into the text box at the bottom, then tap 
to post it.
To delete one of your own comments, open up the comment display and tap the 
icon.
Answering a poll
To answer a poll, simply click on one of the options shown to select it. If you are prompted to Select multiple options then you may select more than one.
Confirming a post
Some posts will request confirmation once you've read it. These posts will include a Confirm button at the bottom. Simply tap the button to notify the poster that you've read it.
