In the top right, click on > Global Settings.
Click on Recruitment in the sidebar.
Click on the Workflow Automation tab.
Click on the icon to create a new rule.
In the pop-up, give the rule a Name and Description.
Select the type of trigger to use for this rule from the Trigger Type menu.
Select the the Trigger. This is the activity that the user will perform for the rule to execute the Action.

Send an email:
Select the Email Template you want to use whenever this rule is trigger.

In eyrecruit, anything related to workflow automation, whether it's connected to a trigger or is produced by an action, is marked with a icon.
