Using reports on eyrecruit

The Reports tab in eyrecruit provides various ways of presenting information in the system to get a better understanding of your company’s recruitment performance.

All reports can be exported to CSV by clicking the Export CSV in the top right corner of each report page.

Candidate tracker

The candidate tracker allows you to view information on the candidates you currently have active. The information in the table is taken from the candidate’s profile, and includes their personal information, which job they applied for, which stage they’re at in the hiring process, and more.

What columns appear in the report can be toggled using the Columns menu in the top right. The menu also allows you to toggle inactive candidates by checking the Job Status option.

Vacancy tracker

The vacancy tracker gives a summary of all the job vacancies you have on the system, presented in a table. Information in the table includes job details and how many candidates are in each stage of the pipeline.

What columns appear in the table can be toggled using the Columns menu in the top right.

By default, only Published jobs are included in the report. You can toggle other job statuses on and off using the Status menu in the top right.

Conversion tracker

The conversion tracker presents and calculates conversions over a period of time, allowing you to see key statistics related to jobs, applications, interviews, and hires.

In the top left, you can cycle between conversion tracker reports by Month, Branch, Job Title, and Source.

Using the leftmost menu in the top right, you can toggle whether to show Internal jobs, External jobs, or All jobs. Using the menu to the right of that lets you choose the date range in which conversions are being tracked.

Recruitment tracker

The recruitment tracker gives a summary of vacancies filled and interviews booked over a set period of time. You can switch between the two using the tabs in the top left.

You can change the date range applied to the tracker by clicking on the Date Range menu in the top right.
