Viewing accident/incident sheets as a parent

Accident/incident sheets are used by practitioners to record if a child has had an accident or incident, what kind, and what actions have been taken. Afterwards, the sheets are shared with the child’s parents. 

Viewing accident/incident sheets on the eyparent app
  1. In the top right, click on   >   Accidents/Incidents Sheets.
  2. Tap a sheet to view it.
  3. Check the box under Parent Acknowledgement.
  4. Tap Submit.
Viewing accident/incident sheets on the web portal
  1. Click on  Children in the sidebar.
  2. Click on the child you want to view.
  3. Click on the Accidents/Incidents tab.
  4. Click on a report to view it.
  5. Check the box next to Parent Acknowledgement.
  6. Click Submit.
