Viewing accident/incident sheets on the eyparent app

Accident/incident sheets are used by practitioners to record if a child has had an accident or incident, what kind, and what actions have been taken. Afterwards, the sheets are shared with the child’s parents.
  1. Tap the  icon to go to the timeline.
  2. You can quickly filter the timeline to only display accident/incident sheets by tapping on the  Accident/Incident Sheets button at the top. Tapping on it again will remove the filter.
  3. Accident/incident sheets will appear on the timeline under the day of the week and date that they were created. Until you sign them off, the sheets will be marked as Pending Parent Review.
  4. Tap on a sheet to open it.
  5. To sign off on the sheet, tap Add Signature.
  6. Using your device's touchscreen, sign your signature into the blank box.
  7. Tap Save.
  8. Check the box under Parent Acknowledgement to confirm that you've read through the sheet.
  9. Tap Submit.
  10. The sheet will be marked as Completed.

Through Pending Actions

Whenever there is an accident/incident sheet that you need to review and sign, a Pending Actions section will appear on the  Home screen. By tapping View All, you'll be taken to the  Timeline, which will be filtered to display a list of all forms that are pending review, so you don't have to worry about missing one. Once you've completed all your pending actions, you'll have to change the filters to return to the normal timeline view.
