Viewing accident/incident sheets as a parent
Accident/incident sheets are used by practitioners to record if a child has had an accident or incident, what kind, and what actions have been taken. Afterwards, the sheets are shared with the child’s parents.
Viewing accident/incident sheets on the eyparent app
- In the top right, click on > Accidents/Incidents Sheets.
- Tap a sheet to view it.
- Check the box under Parent Acknowledgement.
- Tap Submit.
Viewing accident/incident sheets on the web portal
- Click on Children in the sidebar.
- Click on the child you want to view.
- Click on the Accidents/Incidents tab.
- Click on a report to view it.
- Check the box next to Parent Acknowledgement.
- Click Submit.
