Viewing communications on the eyparent app

Viewing communications on the eyparent app

Communications are messages sent to you from your childcare provider, which cannot be responded to. These can be sent out individually, or to multiple parents at once. You can see all the communications you've received on the eyparent app.
  1. Tap the  icon at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Go to the Communication tab.
  3. Tap on a communication to open it.
