Communications are messages sent to you from your childcare provider,. These can be sent out individually, or to multiple parents at once. You can see all the communications you've received on the eyparent app.
Tap the icon at the bottom of the screen.
Go to the Communication tab.
Tap on a communication to open it.
Replying to communications
Your nursery can choose whether or not to let you reply to communications. If you have the option, this is how to reply:
Open a communication.
Tap the Reply button.
Type your message into the text box.
Tap Send.
You will only be able to reply to communications sent after the nursery has turned on replies for parents.
