Viewing medicine forms on the eyparent app
Nursery practitioners can use medicine forms to record whenever medicine has been administered to your child. This can be shared with parents, and updated with every dose.
- Tap the
icon to go to the timeline.
- Medicine forms will appear on the timeline under the day of the week and date that they were created. Until you sign them off, a form will be marked as Pending Parent Review.
- Tap on a form to open it.
- If a practitioner has administered a dose of medicine to your child, they will publish a record of that dose for you to see. To sign off on a dose:
- Tap Sign Dose(s) at the bottom of the form.
- In the pop-up, select which of the doses you'd like to sign off on.
- Tap Sign Dose(s) Now.
- Use your phone's touchscreen to write your signature into the blank box.
- Tap Save.
- If the medicine form has been sent for parent review, tap Submit & Complete at the bottom of the form to confirm its completion, and lock it out of further editing.
- The medicine form will be marked as Completed on the timeline.
