Nursery practitioners can use medicine forms to record whenever medicine has been administered to your child. This can be shared with parents, and updated with every dose.
Tap the icon to go to the timeline.
You can quickly filter the timeline to display only medicine forms by tapping on the Medicine Forms button at the top (you may need to scroll). Tapping on it again will remove the filter.
Medicine forms will appear on the timeline under the day of the week and date that they were created. Until you sign them off, a form will be marked as Pending Parent Review.
Tap on a form to open it.
If a practitioner has administered a dose of medicine to your child, they will publish a record of that dose for you to see. To sign off on a dose:
Tap Sign Dose(s) at the bottom of the form.
In the pop-up, select which of the doses you'd like to sign off on.
Tap Sign Dose(s) Now.
Use your phone's touchscreen to write your signature into the blank box.
Tap Save.
If the medicine form has been sent for parent review, tap Submit & Complete at the bottom of the form to confirm its completion, and lock it out of further editing.
The medicine form will be marked as Completed on the timeline.
Through Pending Actions
Whenever there is a medicine form that you need to review and sign, a Pending Actions section will appear on the Home screen. By tapping View All, you'll be taken to the Timeline, which will be filtered to display a list of all forms that are pending review, so you don't have to worry about missing one. Once you've completed all your pending actions, you'll have to change the filters to return to the normal timeline view.
