Viewing planning sheets on the eyparent app

Planning sheets provide a plan on what a child should do next in order to progress in their learning goals, along with any resources and documents that you can use to help your child learn at home. As a parent, you can see any planning sheets that have been shared with you on the eyparent app.
  1. In the bottom right, click on  >   Home Learning.
  2. By default, you'll be taken to the planning sheet for the current day, if one has been shared with you.
  3. Tap the arrows on either side of the date to move between weeks.
  4. Tap Observe Activity beneath the Planned Area and Activity field to create an observation on your child's home learning based on what is in the field:
    1. Tap on the top two fields to choose the Date and Time for this observation.
    2. The Description field will contain the text from Planned Area and Activity by default. You may edit this as you see fit.
    3. Tap the  icon under Add Media to add photos or videos. You have the option to take these photos or videos directly using your phone's Camera, or upload them from your device's Gallery.
    4. Click Save.
  5. Tap on the boxes underneath Linked Resources to open them. Documents are marked with a  icon, while links are marked with a  icon.
