Viewing planning sheets as a parent

Planning sheets provide a plan on what a child should do next in order to progress in their learning goals, along with any resources and documents that may help towards this end. As a parent, you can see any planning sheets that have been shared with you. 

Viewing planning sheets on the eyparent app
  1. In the top right, click on  >  Planning.
  2. Change which child you want to view using the drop-down menu in the top left.
  3. Change which week you want to see using the drop-down menu in the top right.
  4. Tap the  icons to see what each field refers to.
  5. Tap the name of a Linked Resource(s) to open it.
  6. Tap Observe Activity next to the Planned Area and Activity field to create an observation using what is in this field.
Viewing planning sheets on the web portal
  1. Click on  Children in the sidebar.
  2. Click on the child you want to view.
  3. Click on the Planning Sheet tab.
  4. Change which week you want to see by clicking on the Week Beginning and Week End fields in the top left, then clicking View
  5. Click on the name of a resource under Linked Resource(s) to view it.
